Job description

The Role

• Hardware installation configuration diagnosis and rectification
• Operating system installation, configuration diagnosis and rectification
• Application installation, configuration, diagnosis and rectification
• Basic understanding of Wireless Technologies
• Basic Firewall rules creations, modification, route additions and VPN provisioning
• Maintain IT asset inventory
• Administers day-to-day user support
• Daily support, maintenance, troubleshoot network infrastructure
• Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned

   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience in IT technical support
• Team player, strong written and verbal communications skills
• Must have a solid background in Hardware & Software troubleshooting
• Experience in troubleshooting Antimalware incidents
• Experience in handling incidents related to Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office application suite
• Strong knowledge of IP printing configurations, static and reserved IP addresses within an enterprise network; Printer and copier maintenance
