The Catering Sales executive, reporting to the Catering Sales Manager S/he will be doing the following:
• Manages the sales efforts for Prime hospitality including corporate and social catering.
• Develops new catering accounts through proactive solicitation in all market segments.
• Responds to incoming catering opportunities in timely manner.
• Identifies, qualifies and solicits new catering business to achieve personal and company revenue goals.
• Maximizes revenue by up-selling packages and creative food and beverage.
• Interacts effectively with restaurant managers in order to monitor, execute of Events as needed.
• Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate menu & services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 2 years diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• Previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality and catering industry or events.
• 2 years of catering sales experience or Key accounts management.
• Excellent grooming, bubbly vibrant personality suited to sales in the F&B sector
