Job Description
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Public Affairs, Public Administration, and Management.
Full English and Arabic proficiency are required.
Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in Organisational Excellence or relevant field.
Support in the design of a process continuous improvement framework for HCT and monitor its effectiveness. Recommend improvements as necessary.
Conduct the periodical internal assessment on HCT systems, customer services and processes to monitor alignment with excellence criteria.
Develop comprehensive manuals and guidelines on process management and improvement and communicate them across HCT accordingly.
Participate in excellence awareness, promotion and training sessions and support in achieving buy-in from all decision makers for the successful application of performance excellence.
Coordinate with Institutional Research to gather and consolidate information and data related to HCT’s academic performance.
Report any deficiencies after gathering data and participating in internal assessments and make practical recommendations for improvements.
Conduct research regularly to gather information on new and emerging government excellence awards and their requirements and develop reports as necessary.
Support in writing excellence submission reports and fulfilling internal and external excellence requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
